At the symposium, General Manager Shi extended a warm welcome to the university delegation. He explained that the company has already established a complete production line, along with real‑world equipment and test rigs. Currently, its R&D efforts are focused on four key areas: electric control for range extenders, long‑life ceramic sealing technology, micro‑turbine turbocharging, and the development of new aerospace engine curricula. The company is eager to open up its facilities, assign its technical experts as industry mentors, and jointly build a benchmark for industry–education integration.

Secretary Yao Rui stated that the college’s aviation engine manufacturing specialty cluster is a national “Double First-Class” program, boasting strong faculty and robust research capabilities. He further outlined four areas of collaboration: co‑developing curricula, sharing teaching staff, jointly establishing practical training bases, and co‑creating industry platforms, leveraging enterprise‑based industrial resources to enhance the talent‑development system.

The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on rotor‑engine curriculum development, joint technological problem‑solving, research project applications, and the internship and training of talent. Moving forward, the university and the enterprise will accelerate the implementation of all cooperative initiatives, further deepen industry‑education integration, and jointly cultivate aviation‑power expertise to support the high‑quality development of China’s domestic aerospace propulsion sector.
