Preventing fires before they start—We’re taking action!

To effectively strengthen all employees’ fire safety awareness and enhance their emergency response and self‑rescue capabilities, Shaanxi Zhongkeyuantuai Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongkeyuantuai”) organized a specialized fire safety training session and a live‑fire drill on the morning of July 22. All staff actively participated, working together to build a robust safety “firewall” across the factory premises.

The session focused on two key themes: 6S management and fire safety during customer visits. In light of the sharp increase in visitor traffic, the summer heat, and the peak electricity‑use period, all departments were urged to rigorously implement fire‑safety measures. Following this, a property‑management instructor delivered a highly informative fire‑safety training session.

Theoretical Science: Mastering the Four Stages of a Fire

During the training, the instructor provided a detailed overview of routine fire‑prevention requirements, emphasizing a campus‑wide smoking ban, the need to keep fire‑escape routes unobstructed, and the importance of ensuring that all fire‑safety equipment is in good working order. With regard to fire evacuation, the instructor highlighted that dense smoke is the primary hazard, advising participants to stay low to the ground, press against walls, cover their mouth and nose with a damp cloth, and never use elevators; instead, they were instructed to evacuate en masse to the plaza by Building 25. In addition, the instructor outlined clear protocols for each stage of a fire—initial ignition, development, intense combustion, and complete extinguishment—ensuring that everyone understands precisely when to fight the fire and when to evacuate.

Hands-on Drills: Developing Real-World Emergency Response Skills

Following the theoretical session, all employees participated in an evacuation drill. From their workstations on the third floor, they followed safety‑compliant procedures—crouching low and staying close to the walls—before orderly evacuating along the designated escape routes to the assigned assembly point, maintaining a serious and focused demeanor throughout. Afterwards, on‑site training covered the “lift, shake, pull, spray” operating sequence for dry‑powder fire extinguishers, as well as key points for the coordinated two‑person use of indoor fire hydrants, culminating in hands‑on practice. 42672a7651e587cd14dea0b8c173e218

Long-term safety: Management remains a consistent priority.

This training session integrated theory with practical application, further reinforcing the safety principle of “prevention first.” Moving forward, the company will continue to conduct self-inspections for potential hazards and routine facility checks, rigorously enforce requirements such as segregated storage of materials and strict smoking controls, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the plant.

There are no small matters when it comes to safety; the warning bell must ring constantly. Let us integrate safety awareness into our daily routines and work together to safeguard a safe and stable workplace!
